Renovation
Hirison Construction was brought in to refresh a long-standing factory office. The aim? Turn a tired space into something more functional, comfortable, and modern — a workplace that feels good to be in and works better day to day.
The renovation included full office fitouts, refreshed meeting rooms, upgraded staff amenities, and new finishes throughout. We worked closely with the client to ensure the layout supported the way the team works day to day — improving flow, boosting communication, and creating a space that feels better to be in, whether you’re working there or just stopping by.
Highlights of the renovation:
New partitioned office spaces to improve focus and privacy
Functional breakout and meeting zones for collaboration
Upgraded kitchen and restroom facilities for staff comfort
Fresh flooring, lighting, and finishes to modernise the space
Delivered with minimal disruption to factory operations
Built for Performance and Wellbeing
This project is an excellent example of how Hirison Construction tailors each fitout to suit how people work — blending function, comfort, and efficiency in a space built to last. That means more than just good design in complex commercial and industrial settings. It’s about understanding how the place runs, supporting day-to-day operations, and making sure everything meets industry standards. And we’re there for all of it — right down to the details. We don’t just renovate spaces—we create environments that actively support how your team works, adapt to future growth, and leave a lasting impression on staff and visitors alike.
